Victoria Reinke, 29-year-old former teacher’s aide atthe Timberlan Hight School, Wentzwille, Missouri, has has been arrested for alleged sexual realationship with a 16-year-old male student. Reinke faces charges of statutory rape and sexual contact with a student.
The district placed Reinke on unpaid leave immediately after the allegations of misconduct surfaced, and notified law enforcement and the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Reinke then resigned from her position. Police say they were notified by school officials March 29 that a complaint was received alleging Reinke had been involved in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student for around five months.
So far it seems that no additional students were involved, and the incidents did not happen on school property. Although Reinke worked at Timberland, she also had contact with students from Holt High School.
The district press release stated
