Cynthia Horvath, teacher at Warner Christian Academy, in South Daytona, Florida, who was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a male student in 2008, faced charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Later she pleaded no contest to unlawful sex with a minor.Horvath was sentenced to one year of community control, which equates to house arrest, to be followed by seven years of probation and she will reportedly be required to register as a sex offender for life.
Police claim that Horvath was having sex with her student in her car, in a Wal-Mart parking lot, under a bridge, in hotels in Daytona Beach and all over Volusia County. [Read more]

Kimberly Arigot, a forty years old woman from Davis county, Utah was arrested in November 2008 for sending nude pictures of herself to neighborhood teenage boys and then having sex with at least two of them. According to the investigators, Arigot sent “inappropriate” text messages and photos to three different boys — all of whom were between 15 and 17 years old. Reportedly, Arigot had sex with a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old in multiple locations, including her own home. She later plead guilty to charges and was sentenced for having sex with teens. Melinda Dennehy, 41-year-old English teacher at Londonderry High School, was arrested in 2010 for allegedly emailing naked photos of herself to one of her 15-year-old students. The boy then allegedly forwarded them to his friends. Police obtained a copy of one of the pictures and co-workers identified Dennehy in it. The teen told authorities that Dennehy had “continuously sent him text messages,” some of which were sexually explicit. Virginia Ann Homberg, 46-year-old woman from Detroit, Michigan, was found guilty in 2010 by an all-female jury on rape charges for engaging in sex with a teenage boy.
Homberg was arrested in March 2010 when she was accused of engaging in sex with a male student and sending him sexually explicit pictures. She faced one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and a charge of distributing sexual explicit materials to a minor. According to Wayne County Prosecutor, Homberg and her victim engaged in sex from December 2007, when the student was 14 years old, through February 2010. The student told police Homberg had sent nude pictures of herself and sexually explicit text messages to his cell phone. They found not one, but a total of three boys being held against their will. Smith lived less than half a mile away from the school. She was accused of sexual relations with several boys, beginning when they were just 13. According to one of the boys, Hubbs first performed sex acts on him when he was 13-years-old, back in 2008, and continued until recentyl. Hubbs had sex with the boys in her car and hotels. Denise Fitch, 41-year-old counselor at Keyser Primary-Middle School, Keyser, West Virginia, pleaded guilty in October 2011 to three counts of third-degree sexual assault charges. She was accused of having sexual relations with three high school boys, all under 16-years-old. Fitch had had sexual intercourse with two of the boys and performed oral sex on two of the three boys.
